Please note that all bookings are final and non-refundable. This policy is in place to ensure the quality and exclusive availability of my services.

Exception for Rescheduling:
The only exception is if a session or retreat must be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances caused by a third party (e.g., technical issues or external factors that make the session impossible to hold).

In this event, the session will be rescheduled one time only. A refund of the paid amount is not possible.
